The Shakespeare Festival, now in its eleventh edition invites you to celebrate the greatest poet and playwright of all time. Under the artistic direction of Antonella Padolecchia, in collaboration with Final Crew and sponsored by the Comune of Capannori, it begins at the Arté theatre, Capannori (via Carlo Piaggia) on August 24th and continues until the end of the month.

On Saturday, August 29th at 9.15 pm there’s “First Blood – Macbeth Dialogues”, co-produced by Casa Shakespeare and the Sycamore T Company of Rome (winner of various national and international festivals). Written by Patrick Girard (writer and composer), directed by Solimano Pontarollo, it will star two extraordinary young performers: Selene Gandini, Shakespearean actor with Giorgio Albertazzi and Michele Cesari from the Actor’s Studio.
