March is full of events at the Cinema Theatre Arté, in via Carlo Piaggia in Capannori (LU), which will stage a new series of shows, concerts and events sponsored by Capannori in collaboration with Crew Art & Events. All shows start at 9.15 pm.
On Thursday, March 17th there’s “Smiles and Scoundrels”. From the popular Radio R101 Leonardo Fiaschi (see photo), with his chameleon –like skills, mimics an incredible number of entertainers, all with the db day’s band performing songs in which the Leghorn comic impersonates the most famous Italian singers, alternating musical moments with hilarious monologues and sketches where sports personalities and, political figures are all sent up resulting in a hilarious comedy-musical show. Leonardo Fiaschi is, in fact, a well-known impersonator and singer, known to the public for his participation at the Colorado Cafe (in the role of Chef Gordon Ramsay, Marco Berry, Max Allegri etc.), but also as the official voice of ‘Paperissima’, and for his program on Radio 101, “the Charge of 101”, with Cristiano Militello. It’s a show involving music, cabaret and mimicry.
