The Lucca Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Andrea Colombini continues its 2015 season with two concerts sponsored by the Fondazione Banca del Monte di Lucca with its president Alberto Del Carlo and the Fondazione Insieme  with the Presidency of Gianfranco Barrago. These are the two events in the program of the Lucchese September.

The first is on Monday, September 14th at 9.15 pm (day of the Holy Cross) in the Chiesa dei Servi with the traditional “Gala Opera of Santa Croce” and the participation of the following soloists:

Soprano Silvia Pacini, Silvana Froli, Sonia Bellugi;

Tenors Michele Alfonsi and Simone Frediani;

Baritone Gabriele Spina;

Versilia Choir directed by E. Guidugli

There will be arias and orchestral music from Tosca, Madama Butterfly, Turandot, Les Contes d’Hoffmann, The Marriage of Figaro, La Fanciulla del West, Il Trovatore, La Traviata, Tristan und Isolde, Un Ballo in Maschera, Carmen, and Die Fledermaus
