On Sunday, October 11th at 9 pm in the Chiesa dei Servi there’s a show, “Il Viaggio di Melia, (Cammino catartico nella città dell’anima – cathartic Way in the city of the soul).” It’s a lyric-electronic concert, organized by the Kalliope Academy and conceived and directed by Paola Massoni. The program consists of a selection of distinctive classical music themes from the seventeenth century to the contemporary age (Dowland, Purcell, Handel, Dvorak, Verdi, Saint-Saens, Debussy, and Sakamoto) and some new compositions by Massoni, author both of the texts and music. The tracks will be presented by Paola Massoni and Le Muse, a women’s instrumental ensemble (strings, winds, piano) directed by Mauro Fabbri with Max Guerrero’s electronics section. Dancers from Dance Space Fuoricentro with choreography by Elisabetta Fiorini will also participate.
