Ties with the younger generation are strengthened by the series of concerts and meetings cycle the AML dedicates to pupils and students in Lucca’s schools. Organized by Carla Nolledi, some of the Sunday concert performers will meet children and explain music to them in a new and informal manner, introducing new generations to a genre not always familiar to them.
On Friday, April 21st, at 10.30 am, there’s a meeting entitled “La vita e la musica di Giacomo Puccini” (Giacomo Puccini’s music and life). It’s only for the students of the “E. Fermi – G. Giorgi,” Institute and will be held in the great hall. The event is organized by Gabriella Biagi Ravenni with Michelle Buscemi, soprano, Mattia Campetti, baritone and Stefano Teani, piano.
